• Formal Passport Size Scanned Photograph of width 150 Px & Height 150 Px in Size less than 250 Kb in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp format.
• Scanned Signature of Candidate in English and Hindi of width 150 Px & height 50 Px in size less than 100 kb in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp format.
• Scanned Signature of Caste Certificate not more then 1MB.
• Scanned Matric and Intermediate Mark sheet in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp, pdf format.
• After Submission of the form Please Login With Your UserName and Password to -
• Get Print of Application form.
• Get Print of Payment Receipt.
